Purpose: Waitlist
When you consent we will add you to the waitlist. The data collected and retained is:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Country you are resident in
- Time and date you joined the waitlist
- Record of payment
- Referrer (if any)
Technical identifiers like your IP address may be temporarily stored by servers processing your requests relating to the waitlist.
The purpose of the waitlist is to inform you about updates to the upcoming secure ID product, invite you to give feedback and try out pre-launch versions, and inform you about the launch. The retention period is indefinite until you opt out.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. You can contact us either by replying to waitlist emails or by other links we may provide in the email or on our website.
If we (or any successor) propose changes to the use of your data for this purpose then we will ask you for your consent.

Third party service providers:
Your data may be stored directly on our servers, or we may work with third party services to collect and process data relating to legitimate operation of the waitlist. Services may include forms, the delivery of bulk emails, payment processors, communications services (e.g., Discord), maintaining a database for the waitlist and providing an unsubscribe service. We will not permit these third parties to sell or otherwise use your personal data for any purpose other than our waitlist. We will remain the controller of the data and you can address deletion requests and queries to us.
Third party successor entities:
We may provide your data to the successor of this business entity as a new data controller if our business structure changes. We will only transfer data in this way for the purpose of continuing your subscription to the waitlist.
All third parties:
We will ensure all third parties have a privacy policy that gives you the same rights as this policy for the purposes you consented to. If we cease a business relationship with a third party we will instruct them to delete your data. When third parties are in third countries outside the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland (or do not have suitable entities for storing your data inside these areas), they must be certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If not, we will get your consent before transferring your data.
Apart from the stated third party uses we will not provide your data to third parties.
